VALIDITY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

PLACING AN ORDER

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required data fields must be completed and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store’s bank account.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

DELIVERY

Purchased goods can be picked up at the company’s Tallinn and Tartu branches or ordered to a parcel terminal. The corresponding delivery method must be selected at the time of purchase.

Goods are shipped only within Estonia using DPD as the delivery partner. Depending on the category, goods can be ordered to a parcel terminal or via courier service to the desired destination. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days of the sales agreement entering into force. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within a calendar day.

In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same manner as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted to the email address varustaja24@varustaja24.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to the order (e.g., a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund all payments received from the buyer under the agreement without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the agreement or until the buyer has provided evidence of having sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price.

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

The Online Store is liable for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which manifests within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to tallinn@varustaja24.ee or by calling +372 5551 2024.
