PENOSIL Premium Prime&Fix is ​​a synthetic rubber-based universal adhesive that can be sprayed from an aerosol can, which can also be used as a primer to improve adhesion when installing vapor and wind barrier tapes. The adhesive surface layer of the adhesive is transparent and ensures immediate and very strong primary adhesion.

Glue: Universal spray adhesive based on synthetic rubber can be used in various applications for gluing very different surfaces. As a contact adhesive, Prime&Fix can be used to fix both porous and non-porous surfaces. Glues wood, plastics, metal, fabrics, cardboard, paper well. This glue is used in the furniture industry, automotive industry, packaging industry, and general construction. The glue is not suitable for gluing PVC or PVC-coated materials.

Primer: The use of primer when installing vapor and wind barrier tapes helps to achieve fast and secure adhesion. Priming the substrate ensures permanent and immediate adhesion of vapor and wind barrier tapes to porous and non-porous surfaces. The need for priming may primarily occur on concrete surfaces, various masonry and wooden substrates. The primer is suitable for use on various general construction surfaces such as concrete, aerated concrete, silicate, plaster, masonry, metal, wood, chipboard and glass. The primer is not suitable for use on polystyrene (including EPS, XPS), bitumen or “Teflon” surfaces.

Conditions of use: The surfaces to be connected must be clean and dry. If necessary, remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, water, soft and loose parts. Operating temperature -5 to +35˚C. During use, the temperature of the aerosol can must be at least +15˚C.
