PENOSIL Window&Door Elastic Gunfoam 198 is a highly elastic insulating foam designed for sealing joints of a pressure-sensitive and mobile nature. Due to its flexibility and near-zero freezing pressure, it is the ideal choice for window and door installations where joints must withstand movement, temperature fluctuations and vibration.

Instructions for use

Preparation of substrates

The surface must be clean of dust, loose particles, ice and oils.

Moisten dry surfaces with water mist (at temperatures above 0 °C) to ensure better solidification.

Balloon preparation and installation

Shake the cylinder at least 20 times.

Hold the cylinder in an upright position with the valve facing up.

Screw the cylinder onto the gun – hold the gun by the handle and screw the cylinder with your other hand.

When installing, hold the cylinder upside down with the valve down.

Foam installation

Adjust the foam flow rate with the trigger and adjusting screw.

Fill the joint about 70%, the foam will expand by itself.

Seal larger joints in several layers, lightly wetting between each layer.

Cut off the excess foam only after it has completely set.

Safety

Do not point the gun at a person.

When turning, hold the cylinder correctly – do not bend or turn the valve below.
