Bosch EXPERT EXAL18V-160 is an ultra-fast and cold-resistant charger for professional use. The charger is designed to work even in difficult conditions, where work interruptions are not acceptable. Thanks to the 16 A charging current, the device can fully charge the EXPERT EXBA18V-80 battery in just 39 minutes, being up to three times faster compared to the Bosch Professional GAL 18V-40 charger.

The smart Active Air Cooling 2.0 cools the battery during charging and allows hot batteries to be charged immediately after intensive use. FlexTemp Charging technology extends the charging temperature range of EXPERT series batteries from -10 °C to +55 °C, which allows charging even cold batteries in outdoor conditions.

The charger has three charging modes that can be selected according to the nature of the work. Standard mode is suitable for everyday use. Power Boost mode ensures maximum charging speed in situations where it is necessary to get the battery back to work as soon as possible. Long Life mode enables a gentler charging process that helps extend battery life.

The charge indicator with five LED indicators provides an accurate overview of the battery status throughout the charging process. The charger is compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V System and AMPShare batteries of various brands, making it a universal solution for multi-tool users.
