PENOSIL HighTemp Acetoxy Silicone +250°C is an acidic silicone specially designed for high temperatures, which ensures a durable, flexible and heat-resistant seal in places where the temperature can rise up to +250°C. Suitable for both domestic use and demanding industrial solutions, providing effective insulation and sealing on various non-porous surfaces.

The product is weather-, UV- and aging-resistant, which is why it is also suitable for use in harsh outdoor conditions. The red color is characteristic of heat-resistant sealants and helps to distinguish it from conventional silicone.

Instructions for use:

Cut off the threaded end of the chuck and install the mounting bit.

Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to obtain an opening of the appropriate size.

Place the cartridge in the gun and fill the nozzle with sealant while pulling the gun trigger.

Apply the sealant to the joint with even pressure by sliding the nozzle along the joint.

Smooth the surface with a rubber silicone scraper. Remove excess material.

Ensure adequate ventilation during work and drying.

Avoid mechanical stress until the material has solidified.
