The ESSVE concrete screw ECS is an affordable and reliable solution for simpler fastening work in concrete and stone materials where ETA approval is not required. The specially hardened screw is installed directly in the drilled hole without a dowel, which makes the work faster and easier.

The screw has a hi-low thread, which ensures good load values ​​and smooth screw-in. The curved head (round head) is well suited for visible fasteners where a correct and finished final result is important. The shiny galvanized surface treatment makes the screw suitable for indoor conditions (corrosion class C1).

Installation guide and important recommendations

It is recommended to use an impact screwdriver for installation.

A concrete screw does not require a pre-tensioning torque – once the screw has reached the substrate, further tightening must be avoided.

The applied tightening torque must be only as great as is necessary to hold the part to be fastened in place.

The screw is hardened and therefore sensitive to oblique installation – the drill hole must be at an angle of 90° to the base surface.

The drill hole does not need to be blown clean before installation, but it must be of sufficient depth to achieve the correct installation depth even in the presence of drilling dust.
