Fire blanket 100 x 100 cm

The 100 x 100 cm fire blanket is a safe and tested means of limiting the spread of fire and extinguishing it in the initial stage at home and in the workplace. Suitable for extinguishing a burning pan and other cooking appliances with vegetable or animal fat. The fire-resistant material blocks the supply of oxygen and stops combustion. The blanket may only be used once.

Use

• Pull the blanket out holding both loops
• Cover the flames with the blanket and leave it in place
• Switch off the electricity or gas and let the source of the fire cool down
• If clothing catches fire, lay the person down and wrap the blanket around them
• Give first aid and call an ambulance
