PENOSIL Prime&Fix 900 is a multi-purpose synthetic rubber-based spray adhesive that can be used both for gluing and as a primer for surface preparation for the installation of vapor and wind barrier tapes. 1. Preparation

Shake the package at least 30 times.

Clean the surfaces to be glued or primed from dust and dirt.

2. Use as a primer

Spray the primer from a distance of 5-10 cm in a thin and even layer.

Leave the primer on for 15-60 seconds.

Apply vapor or wind barrier tape and roll it with a pressure roller for maximum adhesion.

The drying time depends on the substrate, up to 20 minutes.

500 ml is enough to prime approximately 100 meters of tape width (5-10 cm).

3. Gluing

Cover the surfaces with glue and wait 15-60 seconds.

Press the surfaces firmly together.

For contact gluing, spray glue on both surfaces.

Drying time up to 20 minutes, depending on the material.

One cylinder covers approximately 2 m² of material.

4. Cleaning

If the product is not to be used within the next 24 hours, turn the canister upside down and spray until the applicator is free of adhesive residue.
