Use

• Rotate the swab slowly in the nostril for 15 seconds, pressing it against the wall of the nostril at least 5 times
• Take a sample from the other nostril with the same swab
• Place the swab in the sample tube, swirl for about 10 seconds and press the tip against the wall of the tube
• Add 2–3 drops to each well of the test cassette
• Read the result after 15 minutes
